This is the time of year when it is difficult to be indoors. The garden is bursting with new energy and rewards will just keep coming over the next few months.

Spring is here!
Sweetpeas are a favorite. One of these days I’ll remember to plant some!! Thank you for letting us enjoy them vicariously. 🙂
The only thing I don’t like about Sweet Peas is that they don’t last very long. But they are worth the effort, even for such a short time. I got the seeds last fall when I was in Portland and couldn’t wait to get them in the ground. The lavender is a nice balance since it lasts and lasts.
