Franki Kohler is an award-winning fiber artist who lives and works in Portland, OR. Her art features subjects from nature gathered from her surroundings, both at home and in her travels. She uses design techniques including cyanotype and heliographic prints, photo transfer and appliqué, relying upon extensive thread work to complete the story.
